Class C - Customised
Here you will find information on the class C customised certificate.

The Class C customised certificates can be used for machines, persons, organisations and systems.
Description
The existing class C certificate profiles (soft certificates) are supplemented by extra attributes or specific verification processes. This also allows unique naming of a certificate by means of an object ID (OID). It is possible to create other certificate profiles, provided they are in line with the applicable class C guidelines and the technical possibilities of the Swiss Government PKI.
