Here you will find information about the support, the postal address and the location map.

We are available to provide SUPPORT as follows:

• LRA officers and RA positions

  • For all inquiries and fault reports, please contact the FOITT Service Desk ([phone]) or create a ticket yourself via RoBIT.
  • As an LRA officer/RA office, you can connect to the Swiss Government PKI via Service Desk BIT ([phone]) in urgent cases during SLA service hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.).

• AdA (members of the armed forces)

  (Non-employees of the Federal Administration)
  As a member of the armed forces, please contact the hotline (formerly FUB) on [phone] for all enquiries and fault reports.

• End users and certificate holders

  • As an end user or certificate holder, please contact your LRA officer or RA office. This is the person/office that issued you a smartcard containing the certificate.
  • If you have any questions, please contact our Service Desk BIT ([phone]) or create a ticket by yourself via RoBIT.

• General enquiries

  If you have any questions, please contact the Service Desk BIT ([phone]) or create a ticket by yourself via RoBIT.
