Currently, scammers are sending phishing emails with the subject «Neue Nachricht zur Verfuegung» in the name of the Federal Office of Information Technology, Systems and Telecommunication (FOITT). Recipients are informed that a new message is available and are referred to an attachment. Do not open the attachment and delete this email immediately.

Consumer prices fell by 0.2% in September

Neuchâtel, 02.10.2025 — The consumer price index (CPI) fell by 0.2% in September 2025 compared with the previous month, reaching a level of 107.5 points (December 2020 = 100). Inflation was +0.2% compared with the same month of the previous year. These are the results of the Federal Statistical Office (FSO).
