Faults and enquiries
- Our RoBIT supports you in recording faults and concerns.
- PKI and non-PKI faults are published on the FOITT Service Desk support portal.
Requests and orders
The remedy requester console is available for assigning tasks relating to the various PKI requests (MAC/SLA) (path: My permissions and access/certificates and authentication methods).
- The task assignment tool is called "BMC Remedy" and is available on your federal workstation client.
- MAC means MoveAddChange
- SLA means ServiceLevelAgreement
NB:
- At present, a corresponding MAC is not yet available for all forms. In this case, please create a ticket (service request) with the FOITT Service Desk and attach the signed form.
- If you or your office/organisation does not have access to the remedy requester console, you can send your request to MAC-Manager@BIT.admin.ch.
